So much to talk about, so little time.

In the midst of endless classwork for school, hours being cutback at work, and a basement that seems to be full of water more than it's dry, I have something else to talk about.

I'm cutting my hair tomorrow. I haven't cut it since I was 23. Yeah, 4 years I've been growing out this bad boy, with the intent of donating it when all was said and done.

It's time.

My hair is currently halfway down my back, and growing like mad. I find it everywhere. On the cat. In the burners of the stove. And mussed up in little balls under the armpit of my coat, which gives the illusion of extremely hair armpits growing through my coat. That one was funny!

I was originally going to donate it to Locks of Love, which is an organization that creates wigs for children with cancer and other diseases that create hair loss. After much research, I've decided to donate it to Pantene Beautiful Lengths. PBL does the same thing, creates wigs, but for grown women who have lost hair due to cancer. PBL works in direct relation with the American Cancer Society, and doesn't receive nearly the volume of Locks of Love.

Plus, they only require a donation of 8", where LOL requires 10". I'm a hair cutting wuss, and am afraid to do this to begin with, so I figure less is more. When all is said and done, and if I can handle another two inches, I'll do it. But for now, I'm starting with 8.

T minus 21 hours folks...pray for me!
