I wish I was one of those nifty food bloggers.

But I'm not. Never could be. Perhaps if I didn't have a job (and the way this world is going, that might not be too far off) and the patience to constantly upload pictures, I'd do it.

I'm just not that motivated.

In the spirit of food, I will share my phenominal breakfast with you. Sorry, again, no pictures. I've been trying to eat a MUFA (mono-unsaturated fat) with each meal (nuts, nut butters, olives, olive oil...dark chocolate, yes dark chocolate)...it's based on the Flat-Belly diet by Prevention magazine.

So today's breakfast:

1 slice Ezekiel cinnamon raisin toast
1tbsp almond butter (yum)
1 tsp low sugar Smuckers strawberry jelly
1/3 banana worth of banana slices on top (I find the flavor of plain banana by itself to be very overwhelming. If it's in cereal, that's one thing. But I can't just chow down on a whole banana by itself. 3 bites and I'm done.)

Oh yeah...and a glass of skim to wash it all down.

Delish!

i hate bananas plain. Blech. I thin it's the taste plus the texture.
