How do you count the calorie content of your morning coffee?
No really?
I'll be damned if I'm going to be the only loser standing in the coffee line in the cafeteria, tablespoon in hand. Nobody measures that stuff...that's insanity, I say!
Suggestions?

I think that 8oz of coffee is like 5 calories or something. It's the creamer that kills ya.
I count mine as 50 calories. I figure that probalby covers it.
